Blogmas Day 9 ¦ Testing Rimmel makeup

Rimmel were one of the first brands that I bought a lot of when I first started blogging so I was very excited to find Feel Unique had half price off everything on Black Friday I knew I had to do one of my testing makeup videos! So without further ado lets get on with it.

Match perfection Foundation - This was something that I loved when I first started blogging and I just never repurchased it and I really don't know why as it's still as gorgeous as I remember. It's also an absolutely brilliant for any pale pink toned gals like myself.

Match perfection Concealer - Since I was pretty sure I was still going to like the foundation I thought I would give the concealer version of it. I hear Susie from Hello October mention this so much and I can really see why. It is a beautiful medium coverage concealer which is really lightweight and works beautifully under the eyes.

Kate Highlight, sculpt and blush palette in Coral crush - This palette is gorgeous, although I would never use the bronzer as a contour as it is shimmery and far to warm toned it does make a beautiful bronzer. The blush is a pretty coral shade with lots of really subtle gold shimmer and the highlight is a beautiful subtle champagne shade.

Brow kit in Dark brown - For me this is personally a little to warm toned however the powder is nice, not to dusty or to stiff and it blends into the brows really naturally. The wax is a little bit cooler toned however I don't think I'm going to be reaching for this one in all honesty.

Kate Shadow stick in rose gold - This is a beautiful orangey pink gold shade which blends out to a really nice sheer wash of colour but you can also really build it up for a more intense colour. This works well as both a shadow base and as a stand alone shade. I was so impressed with how long this lasted on the lids especially because I tested it with no primer underneath.

Foundation, Concealer, Brow wax, Brow powder, Highlight, Bronze, Blush, Eye crayon, Lip liner, Lipstick, Lip Lacquer

Volume colourist mascara - I'm not going to lie I settled on this mascara as the packaging is so pretty, that being said I am really glad I went for this one as I'm really impressed. It makes the lashes look super long and fluttery and although I do find it clumps a little if you build it up as long as you are careful it looks stunning.

Exaggerate lip liner in You're all mine - I love the formula of these liners however I do not like the colour of this one. It's a very blue toned baby pink shade and for me it just doesn't work. I think I am probably going to use this one for under darker pinks if I want to either lighten them or to add a more blue tone.
The one lipstick in 200 It's a keeper - This shade is the most gorgeous mauvey pink shade. The formula of these is incredibly comfortable and hydrating on the lips. I feel like this is one of those lipsticks you can throw on with any look if you aren't sure what lip colour to wear and it will just work!
Provocalips lip lacquer in Play with fire - This is 100% my favourite thing that I have tried this time. It is seriously insane when I first tested it I applied the colour at just before 10 and after 3 meals and lots of drinks it still looked pretty much perfect at 7. I am literally so impressed and will be definitely picking up some more shades!
