January favourites.

Hey guys.

I've got my january favourites today, there not loads but just enough sorry that most of its makeup. I bought some new skincare which I love but I haven't had then long enough to put in my favourites this month, maybe next month!

Nivea caramel cream lip butter 

This is so lovely and it smells good enough to eat 

Nails inc-Elizibeth st 

I love this it dries quickly, the formula is amazing and it's the most gorgeous baby pink colour.

Natural collection blushed cheeks-Pink cloud  

I was watching a few 2012 favourites and quite a few mentioned this so I picked it up and I luurve it. It's super pigmented and looks fab on pale skin. 

Look beauty loud lips lipstick - Cherry bomb 

This is my new favourite red lipstick, it looks great and lasts for ages especially when paired with the matching lip liner.

Clean and clear morning energy oil free face wash 

Recently i've been using this every morning and it really helps reduce the oil.

January empties

Today I have a huge empties post for you I'm quite proud of myself I managed to finish 16 products this month ! I've also decided to change the way I do my empties posts, I'm now going to do them in sections and I'm going to tell you if I think its worth buying again. ROXY perfume - Repurchase - I've had this forever i'd be surprised if they even still sell it!

Impulse romantic spark - Repurchase - Yes it's one of my favourite impulse smells.

Benefit that gal primer (sample) - Repurchase - No it's so not worth the price tag!!

Essence brow gel - Repurchase - I bought this in Germany and I'm so sad I cant get in England but I will buy it again if I can get hold of it. 

MUA lipgloss shade 5 - Repurchase - I love these glosses and there so affordable.

Natural collection shine away foundation - This is kind of cheating as technically it isn't empty, but I just wanted to tell you guys how awful this is so I thought i'd include it !!!  

Misc

Superdrug oval and round cotton pads - Repurchase - I will always have some of these in my skincare box.

Palmolive soft and gentle aroma therapy lavender and ylang ylang deodorant - Repurchase - probably not.

Friday facemask #3 montagne jeunesse chocolate mask

Hey guys
I'm back again with another Friday facemask post! Todays mask is another montagne jeunesse one, I have to say this has to be my favourite. I am proud to admit that I'm a huge chocoholic and this mask is just heaven to me it smells amazing!!
So this has been a really quick review today and overall I give this mask 4 1/4 out of 5

Cole cooks #1 chilli sausage and chickpea pasta

Hey guys
As you may have guessed I have a cooking post for you today! I make this pasta all the time for my family and they love it so I thought I would share it with you.

Serves 3/4
You will need....
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 packet of tomato pasatta
1 tin chickpeas
1 tin hotdog sausages (things like chorizo and pepperoni work really well to)
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 onion
1 large clove of garlic

To serve ....
Cooked pasta
150g cheese

1. Chop the onions and garlic and fry them until they start to give of a scent (do not let them go golden).
2. Add the spices to the onions and garlic mix in then add the pasatta tomato puree and chopped tomatoes.
3. Cut up the sausages into 8's and pop them in the pan
4. Let the sauce boil then turn down to a simmer and leave for 20 mins stirring occasionally
5. Serve on top of some pasta and topped with cheese !!

Lush candy mountain bubble bar review

Hey guys,
today I have a quick review for you. First of I just want to say this is the first lush product I've ever used (shock horror) so I'm not someone who knows what there talking about :)

I'm going to start by saying this smells Amazing!! It reminds me of Parma violets, which are one of my favourite sweets so I love it. Although my mum didn't like the smell and said it was to sickly sweet. I love the way it bubbled up, but the colour it changed my water was a bit odd it went a pale green colour but I can get over that. This left me feeling clean and moisturised. Overall I thought this was amazing and will definitely buy it again when I next come across a lush.

Would you recommend any lush products for me to try?

Friday facemask #2 montagne jeunesse

Hey guys
I'm back today with another Friday facemask post

This week it's another montagne jeunesse mask and its the peel off passion mask
The peel off mask is one of my favourite mask as I love the sensation of peeling then off! The smell of this one is lovely, it smells like pomegranates and is lovely and fresh it peeled of really well and has left my skin feeling super soft and fresh.
Overall this mask gets 3/5

Haul time AGAIN

Hey guys,
Today I have another haul for you. I popped into town today to pick up some more powder,a new school bag and to spend two free £5 vouchers I got for h&m a couple of weeks ago. This lead to a trip into superdrug and boots and lets say I spent more than planned!

H&m were giving out no catch £5 vouchers before the new year I paid in 2 separate transactions but these cost me £1.97 altogether BARGAIN !!!
Black basics leggings £5.99 I paid £0.99
Snow White apple and vanilla perfume £4.99 I paid nothing
H&m blueberry face mask £0.99 I paid £0.98

I then popped into superdrug because last week Rimmel were on 3 for 2 of course because I wanted some powder so I decided to look in boots but on the way to my mum who was at skin are the look beauty stand caught my eye and I left the shop the proud owner of a look beauty loud lips liner and lipstick duo

Next up was boots still in search of powder! I finally settled on natural collection as a blush and lipstick from there caught my eye I figured I might as well make good use of the 3 for £5 offer.

So today I decided to start posting a face mask post on a Friday. I'm not guaranteeing that there will be one every week but I will try my best

Montagne jeunesse red hot earth self heating sauna mask
For normal to t - zone skin

The first think I noticed when I opened this mask was the fact that it had very little fragrance. I have never tried any of the anti stress masks so I'm not sure if they all hardly smell. The slight smell it had was quite citrusy. This is one of the quicker mask as it only needs leaving on for 5 minutes I personally left if on for closer to 10. I found that this mask didn't heat as quickly as most of there self heating ones which was disappointing. It has made my skin a little softer but otherwise it hasn't made much difference.

Overall this is a lovely mask if you don't like heavy scents and I think it may work better on normal skin rather than oily!!

2012 favourites

Today I'm going to be sharing my 2012 favourites with you. I am back at school tomorrow so I thought I would post this today sorry about it being late !

Superdrug tea tree cleanser and toner
This really has been a hg item for me this year it's fabulous on my combination skin and I find it really helps reduce the amount of blemishes I get.

Batiste dry shampoo for red hair
I love this stuff when I first read about it I was very sceptical. I didn't think it would work because when I had brown hair I used to buy the batiste for brown hair and it still left me with white in my hair. The only complaint I have is I wish batiste would do other flavours for coloured hair like a cherry for red hair. That would be awesome !

Lynx attract for her
This is my all time favourite body spray ever I always get multiple comments when wearing it. A must have for me.

Superdrug coconut and sweet almond intensive conditioner
This is my baby I love it to the moon and back! I'm not going to go into major detail as I wrote a review of this not long ago.

Barry m nail paint in peach Melba
This is my second bottle of this and I wore it non stop for about 3 months which is alot for me ! It's a gorgeous summery peach colour it's so pretty and great for the spring / summer months.

17 bb cream in light
I bought this after watching loads of comparison videos on this bb cream the garnier one and the Maybeline one and I'm so glad I picked this one. It claims to help skin to clear up and I found it did that it is also a pretty close to perfect match for my skin tone.

Natural collection moisture shine lipstick in rose bud
This was my favourite lipstick for almost 3/4 of the year it's a beautiful vintage rose colour and is very flattering on paler skin tones. I would call it a your lips but better as it is quite a lot darker but its close. The only thing I don't like about this is the staying power but the colour is just to beautiful!

Mua heaven and earth palette
The pigment of these shadows is quite unbelievable £4 for 12 shadows of amazing quality is such a bargain it works out at around 33p per shadow I love this palette and find the colours perfect for me I think every one should have room for one in their makeup collection.


So that's it my 2012 favourites below is a picture of all the products and swatches of the lipstick bb cream a couple of the eye shadows and a spray of the dry shampoo (might not of been my best idea my hands gone all tingly :/// )
