Seventeen supreme shine lipstick in Deep secret.

AGGGGGHHH shiny packaging really is the bain of my life, it's just so damn hard to photograph! Anyway pulling myself away from ranting on today I'm going to be reviewing this gorgeous lipstick from the Seventeen supreme shine range.

Oh purple lipsticks have become a slight obsession of mine in the past couple of months, I just love them. This is a really pretty pinky deep purple, it has the most gorgeous sheen when on the lips. The formula is so beautiful and it just glides onto the lips and is not drying at all. It's also super cheap at only £4.99

This really isn't the best swatch as the light was being really weird and just wouldn't pick up the right colour and this was the closest to the true colour! In terms of lasting power I find this lasts somewhere around the 5-6 hour mark without eating or drinking.

Overall I really love this lipstick, it's super practical for everyday as it's so moisturizing and wears really nicely; and for £4.99 you really can't go wrong.

So that's it,
Have you tried this range of lipsticks?

Maybelline Colour tattoo - Metallic Pomegranate

Ever since I bought my first Colour tattoo in April I've fallen head over heels in love with them, I know own 4 of them and today I'm going to be reviewing Metallic Pomegranate.

So to kick it of I love the packaging of these, the sturdy little pots are so handy for just chucking in the bottom of your bag and I also love the fact you can tell what colour it is on both sides. In terms of the actual product I find this to be a little wetter than On and On bronze and quite a lot wetter than Permanent Taupe, but it blends out just as nicely and is still extremely pigmented.

Although the product looks like a bright berry in the pot when swatched, it is the most perfect deep purple-y red with flecks of gold shimmer. I find it makes my Blue eyes really pop and goes very nicely against my pale complexion. In terms of wear I have very limited creasing by the end of the day and the colour is still as strong. Overall I love this just as much as my other colour tattoos and has made me want even more!

Have you tried the colour tattoos?
What's your favourite shade?

Another little 3 for 2 haul!

At least this time I went in for things I needed. I swear to god I have zilch willpower, I mean I did actually need the powder and my concealers running low but I really didn't need another colour tattoo, this ones in pink gold - £4.99 if you were wondering. But how could I leave it, its absolutely gorgeous!

The other things I picked up were the Seventeen Miracle matte powder in ivory porcelain - £3.99 which I've heard so many good things about, and how amazing is the packaging for only £4 Bargain. Then finally I picked up the Seventeen Stay time 18 hour concealer - £4.49  in extra fair, this was something that I saw used in someones youtube videos and it looked so lovely I decided to give it a go. I just hope it's not as cakey as Collection lasting perfection.

So that's today's little haul, apologies for the fact that Friday's post didn't happen I have had some very sad news recently and just didn't feel up to it!

£2 Eyeshadows duo's

Shade 13 and Shade 12  £1.99

Your probably sat in your seat right now thinking hmm I'm not sure about this. 2 true don't have the best brand image in my eyes, I've never really tried much from the brand but what I have hasn't impressed me much I bought a yellow nail polish from them a couple of years ago and it stained my nails for weeks. But I will admit these have completely changed my impression of the brand.

These really do tick all the boxes, pigmented, creamy and long lasting.

As you can see from the swatches these are really nicely pigmented and there not to shimmery.

Overall I'm so impressed by these I would most definitely pick up some more if there were more neutral shades.

I hope you enjoyed this post.
Have you tried these eyeshadows, what do you think?

Oh look another Maybelline Baby lips review.

As if you really needed to read another baby lips review, but here you are so you may as well get to the end now. I really don't understand the hype around these, I mean don't get me wrong the packaging is cute and they smell fab. But that really is about it!

Pink punch..

As much as I wished I liked this I just can't I find the colour completely washes me out and makes me resemble a ghost. The only plus is that it smells like a tropical punch. I don't mind popping it on over a lipstick to add more colour but in terms of using it for moisturizing purposes it's pretty useless.

Apologies for the state of my chin!

Cherry me...

This is the one that I prefer out of the two that I bought, this one smells even better than the pink one. I love the smell of cherries more than anything, I also quite like the colour that this one gives but I would never wear it on it's own but I quite like putting it on top of darker pink and red lipsticks. Again its moisturizing power is pretty much non existent!

Overall I don't think I will give in to the hype again if we do get some more colours over here in the uk.

What do you guys think of the Baby lips?

A 5 product, 5 minute face #1 - Natural

So I know that for some of you lovely readers you don't have endless amounts of time in the morning and also you won't have a huge makeup collection. So I decided to start up a little series, I will be showing simple and quick looks for any occasion. Today I'm starting of with the most simple of the bunch, a natural makeup look. I think this would be a great look for school as it's very simple but also very quick.

So first of you need your foundation, I used Barry M's flawless matte foundation - £5.99. I then blended this into the skin with my Real techniques buffing brush. I've really been liking this at the moment as it does a really great job of keeping oil at bay, I also find it applies very smoothly.

Next I concealed my spots and under eye circles with the Maybelline fit me concealer - £5.99. I blended this out using my Real techniques contour brush. I love this concealer and would highly recommend it to anyone who thinks collection's lasting perfection is to heavy, although it doesn't give quite as much coverage it's really nice and creamy and doesn't crease.

Next up for eyes I used a little bit of the Maybelline colour tattoo in the shade On and on bronze - £4.99. I find these apply best using your ring finger. If you haven't tried these then you should. They are so beautiful, so pigmented and so cheap.

Then for mascara I chose the Essence I love extreme volume. This is really nice and does a fab job of adding volume and length. I'm so sad that you can't buy this in England as it's so amazing.

Finally I popped on Mac creme cup, and I'm done!

A super quick super natural look what do you think?

Oh golly I'd have to go for Brendon Urie who is the lead singer of panic! at the disco.

A little haul.

Ahhhh Superdrug 3 for 2 makes me so happy, it's amazing what can happen when you go in to pick up a new foundation!

Barry M - Flawless matte finish foundation - 1 Ivory - £5.99
I've read a couple of really positive reviews about this and I love a good matte foundation. I've tried it a couple of times now and I'm really liking it.

Sleek blush - Pomegranate - £4.49
Oh my this is so pretty, it's the most gorgeous deep berry colour with gold shimmer running through it. It's the most gorgeous autumn/winter colour but you have to be so careful as it's so incredibly pigmented.

Maybelline colour tattoo - Metallic pomegranate - £4.99
Again this is such a perfect autumn/winter colour it's such an amazing deep brown-y purple with gold shimmer. This one feels a little wetter than the other two colours I own but I'm really liking it so far.

I then popped into the body shop and picked up a couple of bargains.

Hemp hand protector - 100ml - £5.00
This is  usually £10.00 but it was on offer so I decided to try it. I'm hoping it will help soothe the eczema I get in between my fingers.

Cranberry joy lipbalm - £4.00
I really wanted to pick this up as I figured it would be a little more hygienic for school. It also smells amazing I love the christmas scents from the body shop I'm very tempted to pick up some more bits and pieces.

So that's it I hope you enjoyed this post!

Have you bought anything nice recently let me know in the comments.

Collection Gothic glam lipstick - 3 Revenge

Collection Gothic glam lipstick - 3 Revenge Here £2.99

I've gone a bit mental with buying vampy autumnal lipsticks in the last couple of weeks, I really love them as because I'm so pale they really compliment my skin tone.

So let's start of with packaging, I love the way it looked when I first bought it and I still like the black and gold but the gold on top of the lid (in the background of the picture above) has started to come of which is a little annoying. That is really my only complaint the packaging is sturdy and the lid fits securely, so there's no chance of it coming of in your makeup bag!

Onto the actual lipstick, it is the most gorgeous deep red-y purple. The swatch above is showing it quite red but in some lights it looks like a very deep purple. The formula is really soft and it glides on the lips effortlessly, as long as I apply a lip balm before I have no trouble with clinging to dry patches. In terms if wear I find un-blotted this lasts in the region of 2-3 hours but blotted I found it increases the wear time to 4-5 hours.

I love this lipstick so much and its a great cheap way to try deeper and darker colours, I'm really considering getting the other two colours from the range!

Have you tried any of the Collection Gothic glam lipsticks?
Would you wear a colour like this?

Sleek vintage romance palette - swatches and review

I hate admitting it but this is the first sleek product I've ever tried, i'm really not sure why as I've heard so many good things about the brand and their products. Although I can tell you this will not be my last!!

From Left to right

Pretty in Paris - A super creamy pearly silver.

Meet in Madrid - A muted gold with the same formula as Pretty in Paris.

Court in Cannes - A metallic cool toned bronze One of my personal favorites from the palette.
From left to right

Lust in La - Another metallic this is a cross between a olive green and a bronze.

Romance in Rome - A lesser pigmented shade although when layered is a beautiful Navy blue that reflects purple in some lights.

Propose in Prauge - The only true matte in the palette a cross between a peach and a red-brown.

From left to right

A vow in Venice - A duo chrome shade can appear more brown/red in certain lights.

Marry in Monte Carlo - A metallic pink with purple tones.

Honeymoon in Hollywood - A gorgeous deep matte cranberry with silver glitter can be a little chalky and dry.

From left to right

Bliss in Barcelona - Again a little less pigmented but never less is a beautiful metallic royal purple.

Forever in Florence - Another matte shade with glitter this is a deep browny purple with silver glitter a favourite of mine.

Love in London - A green toned matte black with silver glitter again it can be a little dry.

Wednesday Watchlist!

Cheeky little pun in the title there Heheh (just me ok) Anyway welcome to a very special Wednesday wishlist post! Today's post is a cheeky little Etail PR competition. Essentially you create a wish list and pop in one of the gorgeous watches from The watch hut and you could win £300 worth of ASOS vouchers. Now if you ask me that is pretty darn fantastic.

I decided to go for a simple wishlist today as I didn't want to draw any attention away from this gorgeous Tissot ladies carson watch it's just so beautiful I could imagine it with so many different outfits! It's a bit pricey coming in at a whopping £265. Although it's so pricey I still think it would make an amazing investment as it's a very timeless piece.

This Topshop Oversized contrast checked shirt comes in at £30.00 and I've been eyeing it up since I first saw it I just love it. It's such an on trend piece this season. I just think it would look so amazing tucked into some Black skinny jeans with a leather jacket and maybe the watch.

Finally I have these gorgeous ASOS Articulate leather ankle boots. I seem to have gone a little crazy for boots at the moment I am just loving them. These are a little dressy but you could also wear them with jeans and a jumper. I love pieces that are versatile and I just think I'd be able to wear these on so many occasions!

So that's it I hope you enjoyed my post,
hope you've all had a good start to your week!

Let me know in the comments what's on your Wishlist at the moment?

Shop my stash #1

Well I most definitely feel like a proper blogger now, Shop my stash post Check. Candle in background of pictures Check. I never thought I'd be writing a shop my stash post, I never though I'd had enough makeup to do it. But well here we are.

So first of I have the Rimmel match perfection foundation in 010 Light porcelain. I was so loyal to this at one point but I don't like it for summer as it just melts of my face, but in the winter it's perfect as it leaves you with a lovely glow. It's not got the highest coverage but I really like the way it looks.

Next up I have the Topshop eye crayon in Mystical. I bought this a couple of months ago and I haven't really used it that much, which is such a shame as it's the most gorgeous brown with silver and copper shimmer running through it. The lasting power of this is also really good.

Next is the Seventeen eye pot in Statuesque. This is one of the first eye shadows I ever bought, it's the most gorgeous rose gold and looks amazing with my blue eyes (Way to go past Nicole)It's really nicely pigmented, and blendable. I can't wait to use it again.

Next up I have a love hate relationship with this it's the Rimmel apocalips in apocaliptic , if you read my Rimmel best of the brand it was in there, because I love the colour and the finish but I just hate how much you need to do to it you have to blot it for starters or else it ends up halfway down your chin!

Finally I have the Revlon lip butter in Strawberry shortcake. I just don't understand the hype surrounding these, everyone seems to love them but I just can't seem to be able to. The colours are pretty and they look nice on the lips but for almost £8 a go I'd like them to last a little longer. This one is the only one I've ever bought and it seems to have been lying in my lipstick collection unloved for to long.

From left to right Rimmel match perfection foundation, Topshop eye crayon, Seventeen eye pot, Rimmel apocalips, Revlon lip butter.

Have any of you shopped your stash recently?
