Your not alone this Christmas.

For many Christmas is about spending time with family, exchanging gifts and being happy. But for some Christmas is a time of loneliness and segregation from the real world. Today I thought I'd share a list of helplines with you. I hope that those of you who need the support get it and I hope that you get your lives back on track.

I'd like to say a huge Merry Christmas and a happy new year to everyone that is reading this.
