The gosh festival kit.

This post is possibly a little over due but I had to show you anyway. I was sent these products from gosh after winning a giveaway and I am so impressed with them!

A good base is an essential for any look and I have been really impressed by the Gosh CC cream*. I've tried a couple of CC creams and I think this one has to be my favourites. The coverage is quite nice but personally I need a little more coverage under my eyes and around my nose. Next up is eyes the Gosh forever eyeshadow pencil in Grey.* You can pop a little on the lid and blend out for a really subtle look but you can put loads all around the eyes and you get a really smokey effect. In the pictures below I have used just a little and sheered it out with a fluffy blending brush. I'm really impressed with the way it looks and the quality. It also lasts for about 8 hours which I was really impressed with.

The Gosh length n' build mascara in Black* is a really lovely choice. It gives a nice natural look whilst keeping the lashes nice and curled. I'm pleasantly surprised by this it really is waterproof. I have a lot of trouble with mascara on my bottom lashes running and ending up a mess but this one has well and truly passed the test. Finally for eyes I have the Gosh velvet touch gel eyeliner in Black ink.* I'm actually not a big fan of eyeliner in the waterline as like mascara it just ends up all down my face. This one didn't smudge as much be much as most do. The only thing I wasn't to sure about with this one was the pigmentation lacked a little. I've had eyeliners a lot more pigmented than this one. That being said it's not a bad product.

For lips I have the Gosh velvet touch lipstick in the shade Your's forever.* This is just the most gorgeous vibrant pink shade. The pictures really aren't doing it justice. This is definitely one of my favourite lipsticks for summer. The formula is really lovely and it glides onto the lips. It's also nicely moisturizing. The final product I got was the Gosh nail lacquer in Sea me!*, this is just the prettiest colour for summer. It is a medium blue which is packed full of shimmer. It reminds me of a darker version of Sinful colours Cinderella. Unfortunately I haven't got a swatch of it as my nails are in awful condition at the moment so I didn't want to photograph them!

Even thought these products were gifted to me by the brand these are all my opinions.

A few work experience outfits Ft my new hair

So I'm off on work experience, when you're reading this I think it will probably be Sunday and I will be half way through the last day of my first week. Today I decided to show you some of the outfits I plan on wearing  for the two weeks I will be there. Also as a little side note on saturday night I dyed my hair and I'm still not 100% sure if I like it! It is such a change from the bright red but I think it's growing on me.

Top 5 - Neutral eyeshadows

I do love a good neutral shadow so today I thought I would show you the five I reach for on a daily basis.

Mac Bare study Paint pot - £15.00

This is something I use everyday (unless i'm wearing another cream eyeshadow) and it is such an amazing product for evening out the colour of your eyelid. The slight shimmer in it is perfect if you just want to use it alone.

Maybelline Colour tattoo in On and on bronze - £4.99

I really need to shut up about these, I seem to have been talking about them all the tine recently but I just love them. They are so helpful. I love the colour of this one as I can sheer it out and make it look really natural or I can build it up and create a nice smoky eye.

Fashionist-A Eyeshadow in Nude £4.00

This is the perfect blending colour, I also really like it as just a very sheer sweep of colour. These shadows are really nice and pigmented and blend really well.

The Body shop Shimmer cubes in 06 £16.00

These are so beautiful, they aren't the most pigmented but I am a huge fan of them as they are so easy to work with. I like the mix of shades and I find they really compliment each other.

Urban Decay Naked 1 £36.00

How could I do a post about neutral eyeshadows and not mention a naked palette. This one does everything, you can go for a really light natural look or a really dark smoky look. Can you tell I love this palette?

On Wednesday's we wear pink

Bourjois Smokey eyes trio in Rose vintage £7.99 //Here//

The pigmentation of these shadows is really lovely and they blend beautifully. I've heard mixed things about the quality of bourjois shadows but i'm a big fan of them.

Mua Single eyeshadow in Shade 25 £1.00 //Here//

I really like this shade, it's quite bright but it looks beautiful blended into a brown smokey eye to add a pop of colour the quality is really nice too.

Beauty UK Baked blush in Halo £3.99 //Here//

I use this product as a highlighter as it is quite sheer. The swatch below is very heavy so the camera picked it up. This gives the skin a really lovely healthy glow and I really love it. I've heard people compare this product to the Mac Mineralize skin finishes so for just under £4 it's a bargain.

Rimmel Stay blushed liquid cheek tint in pop of pink £4.49 //Here//

This is a product I picked up on my big shopping trip in October and never really used, but when I got my muji draws I popped it towards the front in a conscious effort to use it more and I really like it. It's a very light wash of colour but it just gives a gorgeous dewy look on the cheeks and I'm really impressed with it.

Maxfactor colour elixir giant pen stick in Vibrant pink £6.99 //Here//

I love the colour of this it is so bright. It is a very blue toned bright pink and I love it although it is definitely not for the faint hearted.

Revlon Colourburst lacquer balm in Vivacious £7.99 //Here//

I love these balms and I really want to pick up some more as they just glide on the lips so smoothly and have a really lovely amount of pigment to them. This is one of the only one of these that doesn't have lots of shimmer in it so watch out for that.

Collection Work the colour eyeshadow pencil in Vintage blush £3.19 //Here//

This is such a lovely colour it's the perfect one sweep wonder. This is really creamy and works well under shadows as well as on it's own.

Rimmel Kate Moss lipstick in 02 £5.49 //Here//

I adore the Kate Moss lipsticks and this is such a gorgeous bright vibrant pink. The lasting power is amazing and I really like the formula.

Maybelline Colour tattoo in Pink gold £4.99 //Here//

If you are a regular reader you will be aware that I adore these little pots of magic. This is such a pretty colour and I've been wearing it a lot recently.

From top to bottom - Bourjois smokey eyes trio in rose vintage, Mua Shade 25, Beauty uk Baked blush in halo, Rimmel stay blushed in pop of pink, Maxfactor colour elixir in vibrant pink, Revlon lacquer balm in Vivacious, Collection eye shadow pencil in vintage blush and Rimmel Kate Moss lipstick in 02.
