#bigblogmasproject Day 3 - Have a berry Christmas!

Hi lovelies,
Clever me I've managed to get a Christmas pun in the title of one of my #bigblogmasproject posts and it's only day 3 *High fives self* Today as you might have guessed I will be talking about some berry coloured products I've been loving in the past couple of weeks, so without anymore rambling lets get on with the post.

Eyes

From Left to Right, Sleek vintage romance A vow in Venice, Marry in Monte Carlo and Honeymoon in Hollywood. Maybelline colour tattoo in Metallic Pomegranate and Mua shade 25

So First of for eyes I have my beloved Sleek Vintage romance palette £7.99 -Here- I talk about this all the time but I just love it. These three colours are the 3 berries on the left hand side of the bottom row, if anyone want's to know the shade names are from the left, A vow in Venice, Marry in Monte Carlo and Honeymoon in Hollywood.

Next up for eyes is the Maybelline Colour tattoo in Metallic pomegranate £4.99 -Here- This is more of a brown-y berry but it really is gorgeous. Just as I would expect from the colour tattoo's it's amazingly pigmented, blendable and practically crease proof.

Finally for eyes I have the Mua Single eyeshadow in Shade 25 £1.00 -Here- This is such a pretty colour, it's much brighter than the other four shadows I have talked about but it's still really beautiful. It's also super amazing quality for £1.00.

Cheeks

Now I only have one product for cheeks and it's the Sleek Blush in Pomegranate £4.49 -Here- This is just the most perfect winter blush, I'm not going to say to much as there is a review coming up soon. But all you need to know is that I love it so much!

Lips

From Left to Right, Rimmel Kate Moss 107 and Seventeen Lip crayon Heartbreaker

So first of for lips I have the famous Rimmel Kate Moss 107 £5.49 -Here- I think every beauty blogger and their dog seems to own this product and I completely understand why. It seriously is gorgeous, it's matte yet not drying and incredibly long lasting. Overall it really is a pretty perfect winter lipstick.

Finally the last product I have is the Seventeen Lip crayon in Heartbreaker £4.99  -Here- This is a really lovely product, it's quite a light berry with some very pretty but subtle gold shimmer, these are super moisturizing and don't sit on the lips as I've found some lip products to do. This is really nice for one of those I wan't to wear makeup just not a lot days.

So that's it,
what are your favourite berry coloured products?

#bigblogmasproject Day 2 Bio-oil - Not just for Stretch marks.

Hey lovelies,
welcome to #bigblogmasproject day 2. Today I'm going to be talking about an underdog product in the beauty world. Most people associate Bio-oil with pregnant women and stretch marks but that is where you would be oh so very wrong, it has so many uses. Now my mum bought me this about 5 years ago as I have a hip condition so I have multiple scars on my right leg and I wanted then to go away as I was only 9 and I hated them so much. It did an amazing job of fading them and I felt much more confident (I quite like my scars now, how things change.)

Now I dug this out about 3 or 4 months ago and have been using it for various things and have realized what a wonder product it is! Here's my 3 favourite ways to use it...

Cuticle oil - It softens and moisturizes perfectly and leaves then in perfect condition.
For dry/dehydrated skin - This is probably my current favourite way to use it as I get a horrible patch of dry skin in between my eyebrows in the winter and this has really helped clear it up.
An overnight foot treatment - Pop on any hard skin and you will wake up with baby soft feet.

Have you guys tried Bio-oil?
What do you use it for?

#bigblogmasproject Day 1 - November Beauty top 5

Why hello there,
welcome to my first #bigblogmasproject post. I'm so excited to be starting this project, if you'd like to know a little more pop over to the post -Here- and keep up to date on twitter with the hastag #Bigblogmasproject so that's about all I've got to say lets get on with the favourites!

Collection Gothic glam lipstick in revenge £2.99 -Here- I reviewed this lipstick -Here- and raved about it. It really is a perfect vampy autumn colour and I've got so much wear out of it. I also love the texture, application and lasting power. If you love dark lip colours it's an amazing all rounder.

2true True colour duo eyeshadow in Shade 13 £1.99 -Here- I reviewed this duo -Here- and they really are such fabulous quality for such a low price. Shade 13 is made up of a light but not to yellow gold and a gorgeous brown-y terracotta. These are really nicely pigmented, not chalky and really blendable. I really think they would be perfect for someone who is just starting out with makeup.

Barry M Flawless matte finish foundation in 1 ivory £5.99 -Here- Now I wasn't really sure what to expect of this as I've never tried any of the Barry M makeup range but I am pleased to say I'm very impressed. It has a really nice coverage and even though it's matte doesn't leave my face looking flat and with a little powder on top it stops oil for hours.

From left to right Collection revenge, Barry M matte foundation and 2true eyeshadow duo.

Opi Vampsterdam £5.99 -Here- Now this was part of the 2012 Holland collection and I think it might be discontinued but there are plenty of amazon and ebay sellers with it on there lists. It's the most gorgeous purple shot through with silver and has a metallic finish. It paints so well and matches the collection lipstick really well. It's one to grab if you love darker nails.

Not the best photo, on my ring finger is Barry M Black Multi glitter

The body shop Hemp hand protector £5.00 for 30ml £10.00 for 100ml -Here- Wow this smells pretty awful but by golly does it work. If you are a regular reader you may be aware that I get eczema from time to time but mostly in between my fingers and it gets super painful. But this has really helped soothe it, don't get me wrong it doesn't beat climb on (more to come on that further on in the project) but it's pretty darn great!

So that's it I hope you enjoyed my post and pop over and have a look at all the other lovely ladies posts.
