The Autumn edit - Eyes

I am fully aware it has been forever since I wrote a post and the fact I'm a terrible blogger but I'm back and I'm really gonna try my post to post at least semi consistently. I'm so tempted to do blogmas again but really don't want to fail so keep your eyes peeled. Today I thought I'd do a very late autumn edit post. if you are a regular reader you will know I love warm tones and berry shades so when it comes to my favourite season for makeup it's 100% autumn.

First off lets talk eyeshadow palettes..

Soph X Revolution extra spice -

Soph killed it with her first palette but this second one is by far the best in my opinion. As with most of the Revolution eyeshadow palettes the formula is absolutely gorgeous. The mattes blend beautifully and the metallics are incredibly intense. I love the fact that this palette as a whole is not just warmer but is deeper in tone than her previous palette making it so perfect for this time of year. Also the yellow is what dreams are made of.

Urban decay Naked heat -

When I first got this I just didn't love it as much as I thought I would being a warm eyeshadow lover. However over the past month or two I've been trying to use it more and I have to say I have really grown to love it. It's definitely a more basic warm neutral palette, and one that I reach for when I just want to do a quick and basic eye look. I wish the shade range was a little more diverse but when you think about it in terms of the Naked palettes are meant to be the basics it really is a gorgeous palette.

Jeffree Star Blood sugar -

This is definitely my favourite out of the three palettes I've mentioned today. Ever since I picked this one up I have been well and truly obsessed with it. It has every warm toned shade a gal could ask for as well as a few pops of brighter colour to add a little something more to a look. The formula is absolutely incredible and is just so easy to work with on the eyes. I would definitely say that this is now one of my holy grail palettes.

Illamasqua Powder eyeshadow in Vapour -

This shadow has been one of my go to shades for a transition which is on the deeper side for such a long time now. It's a gorgeous Mac and cheese orange shade which just looks beautiful in the crease to blend out a look. The Illamasqua powder shadows are such high quality and are definitely on the more expensive side of things. However they are definitely worth the splurge if you find a colour you love.

Essence Melted chrome eyeshadow in Copper me -

The Essence chrome shadows are fairly new to the range however I have completely fallen in love with copper me. It's a stunning deep red metallic with an almost wet formula making it super intense and foiled on the lids especially when used with a little setting spray. I would honestly say this formula compares to a lot of high end metallics I've tried so if you love metallics you need these in your life.

Barry M Glitter bomb glitter shadow in Queen -

Finally I had to include a little glitter. Liquid glitter shadows have been everywhere this year and I really like the Barry M ones as a drugstore pick. They aren't quite as smooth as the likes of Stila however they are still a much easier way to apply glitter. Queen is the perfect autumnal copper and one I find myself reaching for again and again.

So that's it for the eye version of this post, I'd love to know what you've been loving this autumn.
